Our Services
Our team provides end-to-end propeller maintenance solutions. We overhaul, repair, and maintain a wide range of propellers and related components, backed by decades of expertise. We focus on delivering a safe, quality, and cost-effective service that meets all regulatory standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Overhauling
Overhaul and repair of Hartzell, McCauley, Hamilton, PZL, Avia, Whirlwind, MT, and Sensenich propellers and parts.
Process includes full strip, clean, inspection to the manual, approved repairs, replacement of worn parts with genuine components, refinishing, paint and protection, and final balance and test before release.
Dynamic Balance
We measure propeller and engine vibration with electronic equipment and add trim weights to correct mass balance and reduce vibration to the lowest practical level.
Benefits include smoother running, reduced wear, and improved comfort.
Onsite Repairs Worldwide
Work done in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Jordan, Dubai, Sharjah, Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Gabon, Angola, Mali, Uganda, Comoros, Zanzibar, and more.
Mobile teams carry tools and approved materials to perform allowed on-wing repairs, inspections, and installs that cut downtime and shipping.
Training
Guidance and hands-on training for future aircraft engineers, owners, and AMO teams.
Covers propeller care, operation, inspection basics, and record keeping to help maintain safety between shop visits.
Field Service Support
Support for the agricultural and firefighting aviation sectors countrywide, plus general operators who cannot ferry to Wonderboom.
Includes on-site inspections, blade dressing, removals and installs, and coordination with your maintenance schedule.
Midlife Inspection
Scheduled inspection at the maker's recommended interval between overhauls.
Scope typically includes visual checks, measurements, corrosion assessment, seal condition review, and dressing within limits. We document findings and advise if earlier overhaul is needed.
Refurbishment
Cosmetic and protective renewal for serviceable propellers that do not need full overhaul.
Typical work includes paint and coating restoration, erosion shield replacement where allowed, corrosion removal within limits, and balance check, improving protection and appearance.
Assembly and Disassembly
Safe removal, disassembly, and reassembly of propeller systems to maker data.
Includes torqueing to specification, seal and hardware replacement where required, leak checks, function checks, and preparation for return to service or shipping.
NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
NDT is performed in-house to detect cracks and flaws in blades and hubs without damage, supporting airworthiness decisions.
